Bug saw Cheryl Wednesday night, so I need to give him time to "adjust" to his pelvis being in place before doing an GOTB. Last night we did our first GOTB session. Half a minute standing up onto the ball stretching. One minute standing on the ball with very slight rocking. Half a minute standing up onto the ball stretching. Bug couldn't believe that was it.
We are going to continue the every other day regimen for a week and a half. Then we will increase to a minute and a half for both stretching and standing. Then we will increase to every day. Slow and steady.
Ike did some GOTB as well. I let him stand on it for two minutes. He absolutely refuses to jump up on it like Bug will.
